    Product Introduction
    LAWSON08-II Non-contact Ultrasonic Processor is used for aseptic crushing, and can break chromosomes and crush cells through centrifuge tubes. It is suitable for ChP, ChP-seq, RNA-seq, chromatin shearing, and DNA shearing (for second-generation sequencing). It is specifically designed for pre-treatment of DNA samples for second-generation sequencing and chromatin immunoprecipitation experiments. Compared with traditional probe contact ultrasonic cell disruptors, non-contact samples can be crushed in a sealed container, without producing infectious aerosols. The ultrasonic probe does not contact the sample, avoiding cross-contamination. The non-contact ultrasonic cell disruptor can obtain quality, efficiency and safety that cannot be compared with traditional ultrasonic methods.
    Multiple samples can be tested simultaneously, and the experimental efficiency is high. There is no wear or debris phenomenon. Each sample is in a separate fully enclosed test tube to avoid cross-contamination. An optional cooling water circulation system is available, which makes it easy to perform ultrasonic treatment in a 4℃ water bath, with even energy distribution and complete ultrasonic action.     Working Principle:

    Notes
    1. Select the appropriate probe according to the volume of the sample being processed. When changing the probe, use the dedicated wrench to tighten it.
    2. When the AMPLITUDE knob is turned on, the probe should not be exposed to air. In special situations (testing the probe), it should not exceed 10 seconds.
    3. Prepare an ice box before use. During sample processing, it must be placed in an ice bath, and the sample concentration should not be too high.
